Complete the Charity Agreement Form (National Charity Agreement or Detroit Charity Agreement) when you have decided to make a financial impact in your organization. This information is used when your organization has it’s own featured section on the Marathon Mission website. Mail form and check for $35 (the only money MM will ask for) to Marathon Mission, at P.O. Box 87265, Canton, MI 48187.
