What an exciting weekend of rallys with the youth groups! So many heard the possibilities and took the challenge to make 2008 a great year for Speed the Light fundraising. We are here to help!

It's a RECORD! In ONE DAY, Fowlerville Freedom Center registered 22 people for Marathon Mission through the Detroit Free Press/Flagstar Marathon! AWESOME!

Our Annual Marathon Mission Movie on the silver screen at the Canton Emagine Theater was a smashing success! Our videographer, Tom Martindale, put together a spectacular combination of slideshows, movie clips, and moving music to tell our 2006 Marathon Mission race weekend story through our efforts with the Detroit Free Press/Flagstar Marathon. Free race entries and Detroit Free Press/Flagstar Race items were also given away, not to mention a free race entry with a free night's stay at the luxurious host hotel for the upcoming 2007 race in Detroit on October 21.
Many of our Marathon Mission participants who were wearing their race-day Marathon Mission t-shirts saw themselves “bigger than life” on the full-size screen. Join us next time for this great post-race celebration on APRIL 5, 2008!
